Orli Van Mourik is a Portland-based writer. A graduate of NYU's Masters Journalism Program, Orli's work has appeared in Discover Magazine, Psychology Today, and The New York Observer, among other places. She is a regular book reviewer for The Brooklyn Rail and is currently at work on her first novel.
