Orli Van Mourik is a Brooklyn-based freelance writer. A graduate of NYU's Journalism Program, Orli's writing on neuroscience and psychology has appeared in Discover Magazine, Psychology Today and her blog Neurontic, hosted by Seed Magazine. She has also written profiles, reviews and events pieces for publications, including The New York Observer, Marketwatch and Downtown Express, and The Villager. Orli is currently assisting nonfiction novelist Gay Talese on his latest book project.
